SHIPPING POLICY

Tagged Clothing uses Australia Post as the preferred shipping services.

All Order will be processed between 1-3 business days (Excluding Weekends and Holidays).

Once orders have been packed you will receive an email with a tracking number attached. once your package has left our warehouse all damage/delays to items will be out of our hands. please refer to Australia post for all information on delays.

RETURNS POLICY

Tagged Clothing works towards ensuring all customers are 100% happy with all products. We have a 30 day returns policy, which means you have 30 days after purchasing to request a return. After the 30 days returns will not be accepted.

If you are unsure or item does not fit (changing size) you can return item(s) for an exchange, store credit or refund.

- Customers will be responsible for covering the cost of shipping for a return

- All items on final sale cannot be returned

- until the item(s) reach our warehouse, they will remain your responsibility and property.

CONDITIONS ON RETURN:

All Clothing items must follow the below criteria to qualify for a return.

- Clothing must be unworn, unwashed and all tags still attached

- Clothing must be free of perfume, body odour, deodorant and washing powder

- Clothing must be free from makeup, dust and pet hair

Please attach the following in the returns email:

- Order number and size exchange (if avaliable).

FAULTY ITEMS:

If you believe that an item you have purchased from us is faulty, we encourage you to contact our support team within 30 days of your purchase for inspection.

Our team will examine the provided images of the item for any faults. In the event that your item is deemed faulty, we will gladly provide an exchange, subject to the availability of the product in stock. If the product is unavailable, we will offer you store credit as an alternative. We appreciate your understanding and adherence to this policy.
